Hey all, So I'm getting the idea I'm doing something wrong. Im in week 1 now, doing 5 days a week. My daily workouts last like 3 minutes? Surely that can't be right? I'm just doing random workouts to make it more intense but is that how it is or...? Martijn
Patience! Harder times are well ahead! You have only just started! The logic behind this is that not everyone is starting out as an athlete made, therefore the coach is real easy in the beginning so not-so-athletes won't get frustrated too soon and quit. Just keep giving an honest feedback and within a couple of weeks the coach will react and the WOs will become more demanding. Virtually everyone I know who complained about too easy workouts in the beginning now complains about how hard the stuff is getting. Now if you feel like you could do some more - go ahead and pick out a WO or some extra exercises and do them additionally to your coach duties, while you're in the easy initial phase. Kentauros, Helios, Dione and the like will get to you eventually. Happy training!
