Hey I started Freeletics on the 15th of December weighing 94.8kg and very unfit. Below is my progress so far...... Week 1 (15th Dec 2013) Weight 94.8kg (14s 13lbs) Aphrodite 1h 8m Week 5 Weight 90.3kg (14s 3lbs) Aphrodite 42:00* Week 8 Weight 87.1kg (13s 10lbs) Aphrodite 33:33* Week 11 Weight 83.9kg (13s 3lbs) Aphrodite 27:53* Week 16 (A few days rest after hell week!) Weight 80.7kg (12s 10lbs) Aphrodite 23:30* Overall Improvement Weight (14.1)kg (2s 3lbs) Aphrodite (44:30) Diet Diet was not too strict other than cutting out all sweets, crisps, cakes etc and I ate lots of fruit / nuts / eggs & chicken.
