can we go faster with sessions?

    just a question, if i feel like that my coach gived to me a week not really hard and i complete it in 4 days, can i go ahead with the next week? or its better to do even random workouts and get more exp from them and arrive to the "next week" with more points? more points you have more hard will be the new weekly workout right? or im wrong?

    If you complete the 15 weeks the coach and your subscription ends. So id go for doing some plus workouts instead of going to next week.

    Like the others say do more workouts. But do listen to your body and dont forget to rest. I know its hard to rest, i have sometimes trouble with it too.

    Yes i think if you do more workouts "your coach"will see it and implement it during the next week.
