Hi, I was wondering if the "Coach" recognize if you for example replace an workout(or have an extra) that was on your coach shedule with another one? Will the coach input that data also for the next week? Or however it works. Such high training workouts can bring you an injury if you are not carefull. The thing that i miss is excersises before you begin your workout and stretches. I dont see any info about that. It would be nice to know what you should do before a workout. Make it general or workout based. I run also 2 times a week so i just do those but other then that i would not know what else is important. Thanks, Jaron
Hi Jaron, I don't know if the Coach recognizes it if you change a Workout. However if you do more Workouts the Coach will take that in account as far as I heard. About warming up: It's good to warm up every muscle because FL is a full body training program. Warm those more up that are used more in the Workout (eg. for Poseidon you don't need to warm up the legs as much as the arms ). Cheers, Octro
