    Hi everyone, i'm Fatih from Antalya. Weather is pretty good with 23 degrees :). i've just met with you on youtube while i was searching for exercises at home. Now i'm waiting monday for schedule. Besides i got iphone app. Because of freeletics is not popular in Turkey yet, i have lots of questions...At the beginnning i don't want to bother you, start with some of them;

    *do i have to give breaks, if i have to when?
    *i'm tired wtih my body fat, i want to decrease as much as possible. which exercise should i choose, why?
    *for example i started with aphrodite, how long should i do it?
    *after 15 weeks period, will i stop or will i continue with other exercises.

    Hey zepredlin,

    welcome to this forum. Turkey ? I love the turkey. :-D
    I´ve been there in Belek 3 years ago for Holiday. Great Country !!

    Breaks ? What is this ?? :-D
    Breaks are allowed. But try to make only very short breaks and as few as possible.
    Only Workouts with breaks as "exercise", you have to rest for Time (take a look in the app, "ZEUS" for example)

    All Workouts helps you to lose bodyfat. The best way is to buy a coach.
    For Example the Cardio Coach. You get every Week new instructions for the next week.
    After 15 Weeks you have the choice: Buy another Coach (Cardio & Strength, Strength)
    or make your own workout plan. ;-)

    thx marco for your advices. i'm looking forward monday :) . nowadays i'm gonna be alone while doing freeletics, you're (german people especially) lucky because many people do it in your country. i hope freeletics gets more popular in turkey so that i can do it with a huge group.

    by the way Antalya is still warm and sunny. but tourists have already left country. especially in alanya and belek full of german people :D . i havent been in germany but i want to, many friends and relatives live there..
