Hello! 1 year ago i stopped working out at the gym and though i didn't have results in my appearance as i have training freeletics (i guess it was caused by lack of diet plan back then) i really enjoyed that. On Sunday i'm starting 12'th week of freeletics, but i really miss the gym. Of course i want to keep training freeletics and i'm getting new plan when i finish this one, so my question is: is it possible to connect gym and freeletics? My plan of work outs at the gym would be suitable to my freeletics plan, for example if i'm given week which involves my legs and chest less than the other parts, then i'll be training these parts at the gym with higher intensity. I read the blog of guy from Poland who was connecting both things and he had great results, but i'd like to know your oppinion about connecting gym and freeletics, maybe any of you has had an experience with that..
From my point of you, if you are OK with the load of both, then it should be no problem to do Freeletics and attend gym. Also it is two different types of workouts - dynamic and static. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
