    Hello

    I workout a bit but i wanna try this freeletics.
    I am doing week one right now with the max workouts.

    My question is this week is too tough:
    Mon: Aphrpdite
    Tue: martial arts
    Wed: run interval 8x30 HIIT and in the Helions afternoon
    Thur: martial arts
    Fri: run 5km and Artemis in the afternoon
    Sat: karate formiddag og Poseidon
    Son: run 7-10km morning and Hades (without 40M running)

    I might skip a day or two of running.
    My goal is: Complete the freeletics 15 week program and keep a good 10KM time.

    I envy the time you have for all this :p

    I used to run a lot too (8-12k) but combine school, running and freeletics was just impossible.

    I cut down the running to once or twice a week (the days I didn't do freeletcis) and that made it doable.

    You might wanna try do the freeletics the days you don't do anything else or split running and freeletics between morning and evening, otherwise I bet it's probably too tough. It will get better in the long run and you'll be able to combine more, but starting up I could only do freeletics and run once a week :p

    Try different options, but NEVER quit ^^
