Hi all, I have 2 questions. Can anyone explain to me what the star means? Is that like if you do all workouts including all the numbers that you are suppose to do? I have Freeletics Coach and get my weekly workouts. Is it wise to follow each workout from top till bottom or can i switch between them and do what is best for me at that day? Hi Jaron, the star means that you performed the workout without cheating, all exercises in the correct form and quantity. Of course you are free to edit the workouts as you like, but my recommendation would be to follow the instructions the way the workout is designed.
