    Any ideas about supplements after training? I need to be able to walk home after the workout. I am in my first week and I feel exhausted.

    Hi Manolo,

    If you just feel exhausted and just want to get home, then maybe a banana or some other fruit (maybe orange juice?) is the best way to get some sugar back in your system to get you going again.
