Hallo Ich wohne in Remscheid und habe Aphrodite shon zweimal gemacht. Mein Deutsch is nicht sehr gut - English besser. Bis Jetzt habe ich alleine zu Hause treniert aber Ich kann auch in Gruppe trenieren.

Hi Pascal I live in Lennep and usually train when I feel like it But if we manage to assemble a group then I'm sure we can set up a what's up group and arrange for a sesch when it fits us. I'm 34 so hopefully not too old Let me know if you want to train in team. I did Aphrodite 4 times now and I'm at 39 min complete workout Time is getting better all the time
