Hi i am in the middle of My Hell Days week. But i have to do 1 Atlas and 2 Hera and 1 Jump Max. My left leg(muscles ect) cant handle so many jumps. If i do this i can hardly walk. I am looking for a replacement excercise for jumping. Anyone know what might be a good alternative? Thanks in advance, Jaron
You can use SplitLunge or Squats. Thats a really hard plan for a hellweek, normally my leg is sore after 1 Hera (when i use my Vibrams, with other shoes, it depends)...
And if thats also to much for your leg then maybe some LegLevers? They train the legs aswell as the abs. Better than nothing Take care. Cheers, Octro
Thanks for the advice, i think i am able to do Splitlunge. Thats more of a challange then Squats for me I like to challange my own willpower. These Hell days are a mental challange hehe

I think that you also can replace them with run, as jumps are mostly for cardio load and getting you out of breath, the same as sprint for example. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I replaced the jumping in "Atlas workout" with Splitlunge. At the time it was fine. A bit harder then Squats. Then i woke up the next day feeling all soreness in my upperleg and my butt I should have known it would happen cause i havent done Splitlunge so often that i am used to it. Anyway i did not wanna stop so i continued with Session 3 i just said to myself just do a big warming up Helios is a pain The name says it all. It was my first time doing that. But i did survive. Now its sunday and i can rest for a few days I earned it. Next week 4 x Dione..should be fun!!
Re: AW: replacement for jumping :lol: not bad, congrats! My Coach instantly found out, that my legs are the biggest weak spot of my body, so this week I got several split lunges... I hope I will be able to walk stairs this week :roll:
