Freeletics as you've probably heard is a HIT (high intensive body weight training) program. So before you buy a coach it might make sense to test some free workouts first to get an idea how intense the training might get and that you have some general fitness to build upon.

You can choose between 3 different Coaches:
    1. The Cardio Coach
    2. The Cardio & Strength Coach
    3. The Strength Coach

The Coaches differ in some ways but not in all. They have the following in common:

    - Every Coach comes with a 15 week workout plan with instructions. You have 20 weeks to finish your plan.
    - There are 3 to 7 workouts per week.
    - Every workout comes with explicit instructions (in text format).
    - Every exercise comes with explicit instructions (in video format).
    - The coaches are only available online.
    - Every week you will get a personalized workout plan according to your individual progress in Freeletics.

We think that the prices are appropriate considering on what you get for your money. And also: the developers of Freeletics should get a chance to live off what they have developed, don't you think so?

    Were are the differences?

    - A handfull of workouts are the same in all Coaches, but some Coaches have different workouts that others might have not. (eg. the "Cardio Coach" has no workouts with pullups)
    - With every Coach you will gain muscles and loose fat.
    - The differences between the coaches are the emphases, so you have to ask yourself "what are my goals?". Mainly burning fat? Mainly gaining muscles? Or both?
    - You might also concidder what type of person you are (soft- or hardgainer), what fitness level you have (no fitness at all, general fitness, good fitness or maybe a sporting ace), if you're skinny, normal weight, overweight or obese.

The Cardio Coach is suited for people who are:
Untrained, trained, overweight, obese with the main emphases on:
Light muscle growth, loosing fat and improoving your cardio and athleticism.

The Cardio & Strength Coach is suited for people who are:
Untrained, trained, well trained, overweight with the main emphases on:
Loosing fat, visible muscle growth, getting stronger and improoving your cardio and athleticism.

The Strength Coach is suited for people who are:
Trained, well trained, well-toned, overweight with the main emphases on:
Visible muscle growth, getting stronger and improoving your cardio and athleticism.

This thread is designed to give you an overview on the different Coaches and makes now clames of beeing complete. Not everything that is mentioned in this thread suites everybody. Everybody is individual.
